OmDrum Circle
The OmDrum Circle is an instructional one hour drum circle where we use the Drum as a tool for meditation and self-healing. A “judgment free” zone. African and Western styles of hand drumming. All ages and experience levels welcome. Bring a drum if you have one, or rent one from us. Oh, and if you have a friend who may like drumming please tell them about it!

OmDrum Workshop
The OmDrum Workshop is an instructional longer format (90-120mins) workshop, where we dig a little deeper into constructing and playing multi-part rhythms.

OmDrum corporate team building / stress management workshops:
Utilizing the ritual and ceremonial aspects of group drumming to foster deep feelings of unity and significant reduction of both real and imagined stresses. We all share the same basic human experience, and have the same general challenges and reasons for our feelings of being overwhelmed. Drumming can offer large scale benefits in dealing with our somatic nervous system-related issues and areas of concern.

OmDrum private instruction
Mitch “Pasha” Cohen has been playing the drums for over four decades. At age twelve he began taking lessons with the legendary Donn Carr Drum Studio and has played in countless musical groups of all styles throughout his long career. Now, on Drum Kit with the Boston Music Award winning World Music group Mamadou, he brings his vast experience and unique sensibility to students interested in receiving a first class introduction to the world of Rhythm and Drumming. Please contact us directly at 978-626-9800 to arrange a convenient schedule in your own home or at the OmDrum Studio in Arlington. Rates are $60 per hour / $40 per half hour. A ten class pass is available for $360 (half hour) and $540 (one hour).
